Anna grew up in San Francisco, and moved to Austin in 2016 to chase the long summers and growing opportunities. Having worked a variety of jobs in both the corporate, food & beverage, and the private sphere, she started Finesse Events Co. to provide highly trained staff for private events.
Anna started Finesse because she saw a lack of training available for staff, specifically contract staffing, having worked for many catering companies and private chefs. She trains her staff on how to work in private homes, adapting to the needs of the hosts and their guests, to the private chefs they’re assisting, and to the planners who rely on them to execute at a high level.
Working in numerous private homes for UHNW individuals gave Anna a deep insight into what her clients value from their staff: intuition, adaptability, work ethic, and discretion. These are the fundamental building blocks of what she looks for in her staff before hiring them for Finesse. Anna’s goal is to build a company culture of going above and beyond, and cultivating a service heart in each and every one of her staff members.
